The University of Amsterdam Merit Scholarship is a program designed to support international students with funding to study in the Netherlands. This scholarship program is available for students at masters level and the amount in value ranges from €2,000 to €25,000 depending on the faculty.

University of Amsterdam (UvA) is a public research institution established in 1632. Its campus is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and it is the fourth-oldest academic institution in the country still in operation. The UvA which is a member of the League of European Research Universities (LERU), is also an active partner in many EU-wide initiatives.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees that international students (non-EU/EEA) pay at the University of Amsterdam ranges from €15,800 to €19,000 for bachelors degree program. Those at masters level are typically required to pay €22,500 (one year).
